A VIP Day is where we work together in one focused day to create or update your website.

We do design, refresh or updates and can work with you depending on where your site is now.

It’s the perfect solution to get your website looking professional and check this off your to do list.

How do VIP Days work?

This is what happens when we work together

Book a free discovery call with me to see if we are a good fit to work together on your website. (This is optional but may help you prioritize what you want to get done and see what is available to do.)
You book your VIP Day with a 50% deposit and receive resources to prepare your materials. We have a strategy call beforehand to prepare and answer questions.

You prepare all of your materials ahead of time including copy, photos, hosting and domain if necessary.

We have your VIP Day to work on your specific priorities. You are available that day to give feedback and answer questions via Facebook Messenger. I work only on your project and you receive 30 days of email support after.

what’s included

With your VIP day you get

  • A project kick off call to strategize and answer questions. This will make sure we are prepared for our day together.
  • Focused time dedicated to only your project so we can get done what you need.
  • A detailed workbook we share for you to describe your website in detail. This will be our working document so we are on the same page about your project. You keep it after so all your notes and information are in one place.
  • Resources so you can learn all you need to be able to edit your website yourself. All full day VIP clients receive access to my website resources for as long as you work with me on your site.
  • Thirty days of email follow up support for any outstanding questions.

How much we can typically get done in a VIP Day

All VIP services and website work is done on the WordPress.org self-hosted platform. At this time I do not work on other website platforms.

In One VIP Day:

  • Website design on the WordPress.org self-hosted platform based on your business priorities and services. Depending on response time and decision making, this can include: Web site theme and branding install on the site; 3+ pages for a website or more. This is typically for people who do not currently have a website or are transferring it from another platform and are only looking for 3-4 pages on the site. OR
  • Website refresh. If you already have a site and want to update it with a new look, design and information, we can do that also. You provide direction via the workbook and we get to work refreshing your site based on your priorities. Typically we can create 4-5 pages on WordPress if you already have the copy, photos, and website strategy.
  • Pages created or revised. This can be the addition of sales or landing pages on your website. You provide copy and photos. This can also be if your pages need an update.
  • Blog formatting and scheduling. If you have blog posts you would like created and formatted on your website, you provide copy and photos and I can create the posts for you. In a day I can typically create about 5 or so blog posts to be scheduled.

What You Do to Prepare:

  • Get hosting on a website hosting platform. I share my favorite host (Siteground) and how to do that on this blog post (coming soon) and on this YouTube video.
  • Secure your website domain (the website address).
  • Write all of the copy for the website.
  • Provide all photography for the website. This can be your own or photography you have purchased the rights to use.
  • Complete our website workbook – this is a Google Doc that you receive when you book a VIP Day with me. It has all of your instructions and information for your VIP Day.

I’m currently scheduling VIP Days on Mondays. If that does not work for you, please contact me and we can arrange a time that works.
